Frequently asked questions
Is any text sent to a server?+
No — this uses the Web Speech API built into your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Why do I only see a few voices?+
Available voices depend on your operating system and browser. Chrome and Edge on desktop typically offer the widest selection.
Can I download the audio as an MP3?+
Not yet — browsers only expose synthesized speech as live playback, not as an exportable audio file.
Why some time Play and pause repeat continuously?+
Because Text are comes in chunks for better performance and browser compatibility.
