Frequently asked questions
Is this only for offices?+
No — the same seat/room model works for conference seating charts and hospital ward/bed maps; just relabel departments as needed.
How does sharing work without an account?+
Generating a share code encodes the whole floor plan as text. Anyone can paste that code into their own copy of the tool to load an identical layout — no server or login involved.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?+
No — everything is stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB unless you explicitly share a code.
